암 줄기 세포(CSC)의 도식적 표현과 치료 내성에서의 역할

 

(A) 대부분의 암세포는 치료 저항성에 의해 제거됩니다. CSC는 화학 요법에서 벗어나 종양을 재확립할 수 있습니다. 

(B) CSC는 저산소증 환경, 항세포자멸사 단백질의 높은 발현, 상피 중간엽 전이(EMT), DNA 손상 복구 시스템(DDR), 다중 약물 내성 수송체(MDR)를 포함하는 치료 내성을 달성하기 위한 여러 메커니즘을 보유합니다.
