한약재와 의약품의 시너지 효과
Seo et al. (2014) 는 Curcuma longa 의 주요 생리 활성 성분인 curcumin 과 NVP-BEZ 235(PI3K와 mTOR의 강력한 이중 억제제)의 혼합물이 인간 신장 암종 caki 세포에서 상승적으로 세포자멸사를 유도할 수 있음을 보여주었습니다( Seo et al., 2014 ).
2μM NVP-BEZ235와 30μM 커큐민의 혼합물은 세포 수축, 막 수포, 핵의 염색질 손상 및 DNA 단편화를 크게 유발했습니다.
curcumin과 NVP-BEZ235를 단독으로 사용했을 때 이러한 효과 중 어느 것도 중요하지 않았습니다.
